During my recent business trip to Riscone, my director selected Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels Of The World as our accommodation, and I must say it was a superb choice. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Acquapura Mountain SPA, which offered an unrivaled combination of tailored treatments and the perfect complement to my mountain sports activities. I had the pleasure of experiencing a treatment like no other, where all four mountain elements were skillfully combined, resulting in a deeply relaxing and holistic experience. The custom-tailored treatments, inspired by the philosophy of the 4 mountain elements, allowed me to gather new strength and rejuvenate both my body and mind. the spa facilities were exceptional, particularly the Finnish outdoor sauna with breathtaking mountain views and the Summit Hammam. I also had the opportunity to unwind and indulge in the Private SPA Suite, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. I was impressed by the Falkensteiner fitness area, equipped with a wide range of Technogym equipment for various training styles, ensuring a fulfilling workout routine.

All was perfect.

I indulged in the innovative South Tyrolean cuisine at 7Summit Slow Food, and it was a palate-pleasing journey. The haki purna treatment rebalanced my body. The Experience Concierge unlocked hidden gems for me. Impressive facilities and stunning scenery made for unforgettable experiences.

Couldn't find a single flaw. I guess the hotel was just too perfect for me to find anything to complain about!

I stayed for one night and it's great that Falkensteiner doesn't require a minimum stay like many hotels in South Tyrol. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh fruit and helpful staff. The dinner was sophisticated and tasty. The spa area was very good and I appreciated that the nudist areas were clearly marked to avoid any awkward moments. the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent facilities.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski lifts with a tolerable chaos in the morning at the restaurant. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and nice balcony. The bath was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and other delicious options. There were also many facilities to choose from like the large selection of different activities, nice peaceful spa, and well-equipped hotel fitness room.

Some aspects of their offer could be marketed better and inform customers about parking fees.

Staying at this exclusive hotel was a pure delight. The service was impeccable and made me feel like royalty. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning room with its exclusive facilities and gorgeous décor. The bed was so comfortable, and the linens were soft and luxurious. The room was quiet and private, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

The expensive food and drink prices. While the quality was excellent, the prices were beyond what I considered reasonable.

The hotel was fantastic with amazing facilities. the pool area was clean and well maintained and there was a wide range of activities to choose from. the gym room was especially impressive with all necessary equipment including free weights and a curved treadmill. the food was delicious and service was great.

One evening at dinner and the next morning at breakfast felt understaffed. We experienced slow service during those times but it did not affect the overall experience.

The Falkensteiner Hotel offered a brand new building with a beautiful Mediterranean alpine interior design. The spacious room had a pleasant garden view and a huge balcony. The hotel had top-notch facilities, including a gym, Finnish sauna, and an open-air swimming pool. The staff was kind and genuinely pet-friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering us a room upgrade and ensuring our pet had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped gym and peaceful spa. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of options to choose from. Additionally, this hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the town centre and offering easy transportation options.

Could not be improved in any way.

Spending my Christmas holiday at the hotel was a great decision! The breakfast spread was impressive and the staff was accommodating to my dietary needs. The hotel is located in a prime spot, allowing easy access to nearby tourist attractions. I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool in the cold weather and the gym equipment was well-maintained.

The hotel had a few downfalls. The spa staff seemed unprepared and took a while to tend to my appointment.
