Mountain retreat vibes, South Tyrol 🏔️

The rooftop heated pool was the cherry on top! We had some lekker spa moments, with Ilaria’s sauna sessions being top-notch. the dinner options were pretty diverse and had a little something for everyone. Perfect after a day on the slopes!

Just a bit noisy from some guests running around. maybe they need a reminder to keep it down.

our stay at falkensteiner hotel was fantastic! the grand deluxe double room with balcony had beautiful views. the spa options were amazing, especially the tailored treatments that combined the four mountain elements. the location was great, just a short walk to the resort. we appreciated the warm and welcoming service throughout our stay.

this hotel has potential, but after 3 nights, I still don’t understand how I got food poisoning and received zero empathy from the staff. How can I enjoy a vacation when my mornings were ruined by noise from above? An upgrade would have been the least they could do for such a disaster. Essentially, a letdown.

It was just a decent option for a flash stay in Riscone with definitely value for money. The heated rooftop pool offered stunning mountain views, making it a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Try to avoid peak hours during breakfast to lessen waiting times.

Fantastic spa and warm pools

Spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The spa was totally relaxing, and the pool was warm enough for a dip. The restaurant had some nice bites, especially in-room breakfast! Just wish there were more options on the dessert menu, felt a bit kiddish with the gummies. It’s a bit of a trek to get to bathrooms if you’re on the upper floors.

We enjoyed a fantastic excursion to the Passo delle Erbe, where the snowy landscape and surrounding mountains left us in awe. The outdoor pools were also a highlight, providing a warm retreat after our adventures. We visited with friends and appreciated the spacious gym.

In my wife's opinion, the restaurant service needs improvement.
